Americans to Pay For Mexican Trucks Equipment

In a stunning move by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, United States Citizens are going to be paying for the equipment which will track the Mexican Trucks.

Reported by Rollye James, a premier talk show host, and political commentator, the FMCSA plans to mandate the installation of Qualcomm units upon the Mexican Trucks at Taxpayer expense.  This will facilitate the tracking of the Mexican Trucks involved in the Pilot Program which the Government believes is the solution to safety.  The Qualcomm devices are the same as the industry standard already in operation within the trucking industry.

These expensive units should be mandated to be used in the Pilot Program, and I fully endorse the mandate.  But, just as American Trucks have to pay for this technology, we, the taxpayers should not be footing the bill.  This mandate should be paid for by the benefactors.  The Mexican Trucks.

Drug Smuggler Arrested Again

Drug Smuggler, Illegal Alien Osvaldo Davila has been arrested again.

As WND reported, Aldrete-Davila was arrested at the El Paso border crossing on charges he smuggled a second 750-pound load of marijuana into the U.S. after he was given immunity by U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton.

A statement by Sutton published on the Department of Justice website confirms Aldrete-Davila was arrested November 16, 2007 by agents of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Department of Homeland Security at the Ysleta Port of Entry in El Paso, Texas. A sealed indictment charged him with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana and with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in September and October 2005.

The Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in New Orleans is scheduled to hear the appeal in the Ramos and Compean case Dec. 3. If Mr. Sutton thinks he's going to escape culpability for this miscarriage of justice by conveniently arresting the drug dealer two and a half weeks before the Ramos and Compean appeal is heard, he is sadly mistaken," the congressman said.

"Mr. Sutton turned a deaf ear to pleas from the Ramos and Compean families," he continued. "Instead, he only heard lies of the drug smuggler portraying him as an innocent man who had given into the temptation of drug smuggling only once, in order to buy medicine for his mother."

Rohrabacher insisted the bottom line is Sutton "believed it was more important to protect the civil rights of an admitted illegal alien drug smuggler than to side with the law enforcement heroes who attempted to stop him."

The California Republican said that while Sutton "was rolling out the red carpet for a drug smuggler, Davila was rolling millions of dollars worth of drugs back and forth across the border with free passes, courtesy of the U.S. government."

Rohrabacher said it's "clear that Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean have been collateral damage in Johnny Sutton's personal crusade to protect President Bush's failed border policy with Mexico."

"If this new information isn't grounds for a full scale review by the new Attorney General and Senate Judiciary Committee, I don't know what is," Rohrabacher concluded

Invasion of Mexico

The Mexican Invasion consists of the 26 million Illegal Aliens currently residing in this country.  This is being done illegally and has connections to the drug trade.  There are many people dying in this country through murder, recklessness, irresponsibility, and carelessness of these Illegal Immigrants.

Many more are coming over the border every day.  Many of them under fire from the Mexican Military, Drug Lords, and other Undisirable People in Mexico

Keep Telling Congress: "No Mexican Trucks."

With the close of the comment period, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration posts a last minute filing of additional notices. These notices contain their plans and the paperwork required to continue the process of allowing Mexican Trucks throughout the Union.

The FMCSA also extended the deadline in which to comment by three days, citing problems with the website during their moving of offices. In my opinion, and with my schedule, this has proven to be insufficient time to download the new documents and comment on them. No other extention has yet been announced, and the comment period is closed.
