Despite Opposition, the Mexican Trucks Continue to Run Unimpeded

Despite strong opposition from the People and groups like OOIDA, Public Citizen, the Sierra Club and the like, the Mexican Trucks are still running unimpeded. The FMCSA has reported approximately 40 Companies have been given authority to run throughout the United States.
Although a lawsuit to stop the Mexican Trucks was filed, separately, by OOIDA and the Sierra Club, the Government seems bound and determined to endanger the Public Citizenry of the United States and Canada.
In a recent accident near Interstate 5 in California, there was a major truck wreck. To date, 9 drivers remain missing and their identities are unknown. Although the California Department of Transportation has identified the companies of the 9 drivers, there has been no action taken against the companies, nor have the drivers been identified. The accident has occurred on October 12, 2007.
We must all assume these drivers are illegal aliens and they had escaped across the border. We cannot accept this kind of risk, and irresponsibility. The Mexican Trucks MUST BE STOPPED. If this happened to an American, they would immediately be JAILED for LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT!
Border Guards Jailed
Ramos and Compean are only two of the border guards incarcerated by Johnny Sutton through Mr. Sutton's lies and deceptions. This caused the Jury to provide an injustice.
We need to tell the People, because the President and Congress aren't listening, we need to have our Border Guards released and back on the job

Who is Johnny Sutton?
Mr. Johnny Sutton, Esq. is the President's Appointee to the United States. His job is as United States Attorney and as such is responsible for obtaining convictions in Federal Court. He holds the position at the "Pleasure of the President." It is assumed he works for the President's Policies, and as such is promoting Illegal Immigration.
CARB Outlaws Use of APUs for 2007 Engines or Newer
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has ruled upon the use of Auxiliary Power Units (APU) used on trucks within the State of California.
While ruling the use of APUs is a recommended practice, thusly reducing the idling time of large truck engines, and reducing emissions, they only apply to trucks with engines which are 2006 or older.
On engines which are 2007 or newer, CARB has announced additional requirements for additional emissions control to be placed within the APU with a separate system. The additional equipment cited for emmissions control does not yet exist. CARB has not announced any plans or even if the equipment exists to test the emissions for the equipment which does not yet exist.
CARB should be encouraging the use of idle reduction technology, especially with laws either enacted or being considered to reduce the amount of idling by large trucks. Drivers should not be penalized for getting new trucks, nor should they need to go without necessary climate control. If 2007 engines are operating at less emissions than an APU, then why not let them idle? Some of the 2007 engines, I hear, actually clean the air. Why not let them idle?
Join the Protest Against Speed Differentials
By Following These Simple Rules:
1. Do the Speed Limit. Set your cruise control to the speed limit for trucks
2. Maintain the Proper Following Distance. Follow at a 4-6 second interval and try to maintain that interval with the cruise on.
3. Initiate Lane Changes Early. Signal your intention as soon as you know. When your following distance compels you to change lanes, there should be room.
4. Burn Headlights. Make sure they see you and you will show our solidarity.
5. Don't be afraid to use horn. Using the horn also lets them know you are there. Sometimes they need to hear you before they see you.
6. Let the pass take 100 miles or more if it needs to. Do not speed up or slow down during your pass except where slowing is necessitated by safety. Let the faster cars weave through the traffic or slow down.
7. Do Not use headlights to signal faster trucks. Let them figure it out. They are not participating in this Protest. The more fustrated the Citizens are, the more likely they will contact their Representatives.
8. If another truck participating in this protest gets stopped, assist the other driver. We all need to stick together if this is going to succeed. Also, if another driver is involved in an accident, please help them out.
9. Patience is a virtue. Going slow is fustrating, but we need to keep Professional Image. The more fustrated the People get, they will be more willing to change the law.
10. Remain Compliant. If your hours run out, stop. Try not to spend any money. Try to get what you can for free.
Are We Under Attack by the Chinese?
Dog food, cat food, and now seafood from China are being recalled for toxic chemicals being found within them.
What is the answer of our Government? Let's not do any more testing. Let's just let all the food in to the Union and watch people die.
That is the debate currently in Congress. Please let Congress know we are wise to them. We need labeling on all of our food. Much of it has either toxic or unknown side effects. Where is the Food and Drug Administration in this? Where is US Costoms in this?
I used to hear about this stuff coming about, and I thought is was so incredible that it could not be true. Now, with all the damning evidence coming forward, I have no choice to believe it.
Is the Government trying to kill us? Why is the Government, and the Bush Administration trying to cover up the risk we face at the dinner table? What is the objection to letting us know where our food comes from? Why is there no labelling on Genetically Modified Foods which the American Cancer Society has cited as "...having the ability of causing cancer..." and citing "... More research is required. ..."
After having my first heart attack at age 36, I have worked very hard in trying to maintain my health. I have adopted a Kosher diet and it does not include genetically modified foods nor any food with chemicals within it. My food needs to be virgin, and provided to me by God.
